Download the new version.
Find an appropriate unarchiver.
Also interesting to note at the bottom of their webpage: "Please let us know about your masterpiece using DressingSim for 3D Studio MAX beta version. We have an idea to use the best ones applied, for our promotion purpose with your permission. In return, we would like to offer you one license of DressingSim for 3D Studio MAX full version"
