Max SDK programmer wanted for batch like render interface

We need an Interface to use one max process as a render server. Not like the network rendering is done with more installations, rather that one installation will be sent a batch like script with information regarding which File to load, do dynamic mapping and render into a specified file.  As we see it this can be done with a good performance only via the max sdk.  We now use maxscript (with a startup script), but obviously this means to start the max process for each rendering, which is NOT performing.
