Fusioneers announced the release of DOT-s 2.0, a particle engine plugin for Eyeon's DigitalFusion. New features include: Playback sequences on particles (through sequence caching), more control via splines including a birthspline (instead of a birthline), path follow/binding of the particles, Color Aging (use RGB splines to set color at any given age of the particle), Banking (particles rotate according to their direction), still 100% network renderable.
DOT-s 2.0 is priced USD $488, DOT-s 1.0 users will get a free update. A demo version may be downloaded from Fusioneers' website.
