News | Renderer News - Brazil breaks 100.000.000 polys mark
Brazil was used by Andrew Harron to create a test raytrace image that has over 100 million polygons in thousands of raytraced glasses. Read on for the Stats.

- There are 100.759.680 polygons in the image, forming 3.060 instanced glasses.
- Total time rendering was approximately 2 hours 30 minutes in a single-processor AMD 1.4GHz CPU with 1Gb of RAM.
- Image size is 2048x871. Reflection depth set to 1, refraction depth set to 5.
- Total of 1.66Gb RAM used by Windows (this includes virtual memory).
