Press Releases | PR - Survey Says. Turbo Squid a Big Hit with Surfers, Customers...Online Digital Marketplace Scores 99%
New Orleans, LA - July 23, 2002 -- When you're hot, you're hot. Turbo Squid, the world's premier online digital marketplace, today unveiled the results of four comprehensive surveys conducted to gauge the Turbo Squid user experience. The results were overwhelmingly positive for the upstart New Orleans dot-com, with a full 99% of customers saying they will purchase from the site again; and the same number saying they will recommend Turbo Squid to their colleagues.

"If that's not a vote of confidence, I don't know what is," says Turbo Squid Vice President of Business Development Andy Wisdom. "We believed that the majority of our customers enjoyed the Turbo Squid experience, but even in our wildest dreams we never expected a 99% approval rating."

In addition to questions about general user approval, the surveys probed user preferences and behavioral patterns. These questions yielded highly useful information, such as where users found out about Turbo Squid, what kinds of publications they read, how often they visit the site, and other such info.

"It's a real treasure trove of information," notes Dan Lion, VP of Sales and Marketing for Turbo Squid. "We will drive our next series of marketing programs with this data."
