Max Underground: Service Pack 1 released

Autodesk have finally released Service Pack 1 for 3ds max 8. It includes a number of fixes across several functional areas, including Biped, Batch Render, Hair, Material Editor, Maxscript, Script Controller, SDK, Snaps, UV Unwrap and mental ray.

Typical, I post the news, and I am one of the only people I know of that install the SP and then can't use Max any more. Once I uninstalled it, everything works again...

It turns out I should have installed XP SP2 first, then everything works...

Just run: "Change graphics mode" select software and it will start works :)
