Lo and behold, it looks as if someone has finally invented the equivalent of a pencil sharpener for 3D modeling. With the tools being developed by Pixologic and Skymatter the process of 3D modeling is certainly maturing, and from what can be seen in the ZBrush gallery the new features of the software are clearly stimulating people's creativity.
