An interesting new book by Christian Bloch that covers HDR imaging and according to his website is a successor to his very own diploma thesis on HDRI. Also of note, the site that hosts the info on the book features great sections dedicated to HDRI, including an up-to-date list of tools and a gallery of panoramas. Check it out!
