Tradeshow News | SIGGRAPH 2003 Pt. 3
The exhibition hall opened today and many Max developers were walking around the floor. Here are a few more pictures taken at the Convention Center: Kaydara demos Motionbuilder 5 in their exhibitor's tech talk (view image), animator Michael Janov demos Reactor 2 at Discreet's booth, including its enhanced cloth capabilities (view image), a couple dances to the tune of Santana for a multi-performance realtime MoCap demonstration at the Ascension booth (the poor dancers were up there for a looong time - view image), a big crowd watches a demo at Discreet's booth (photo taken from inside the booth - view image). Other highlights of the day included the great pleasure of being able to watch Jérôme Combe and Stéphane Hamache's "Respire" animation on the big screen and Weta Digital's work on Gollum once again...!
